It seems like most humans are oblivious to this issue. To others, this is a long, horrible nightmare. I personally grieve for the generation following mine.

God put a Pastor in my life who genuinely cares about me. He understands me and my struggles and handed me a tool to cope with what my eyes see.

" Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things."  Philippians 4:8

It takes effort, but this trick WORKS!
